COVID-19 – Business Continuity
COVID-19 – Business Continuity – We thought it helpful to let you know that we have now enacted our Business Recovery Plan and staff will, from Wednesday 18th March be working remotely.
All staff will be able to work from home (illness permitting), with suitable ‘out of office’ notes if they are unable to work for any reason.
Telephone calls will continue to be answered using the main switchboard number (01730 265500) and will be diverted for initial call fielding.
Email will continue to be the most efficient means of getting in touch as all staff can be contacted this way. This includes our generic addresses (enquiries@….) which will continue to be swept continually throughout each working day.
For those of you who prefer to pay by cheque, please could you make contact before doing so as this will avoid any mail going astray for an extended period. If you can pay by bank transfer, this would be appreciated.
The future is uncertain and our aim is to maintain our usual high level of service and we wish all of our clients, colleagues and suppliers an uneventful passage to the other side of this most unwelcome and unexpected diversion.
